Develop core strength, stability, and flexibility in "Strengthen & Lengthen" to improve your overall quality of life. All levels are welcome and if you're wondering if this is for you, YES it is! Whether you're new to fitness or you're a seasoned mover, "Strengthen & Lengthen" is the fun, effective, and grace-filled movement class you've been looking for. Everyone can benefit from the accountability, energizing community, and trainer expertise uniquely available in a group fitness class.

Enjoy a midday break with Lunchtime Restorative Yoga. This class is the perfect way to give your mind and body a little extra care during your workweek.
Candy Carson (Summer instructor) is an Iyengar Yoga Instructor, she has taught yoga since 1993. All levels are welcome.

Please bring your own mat + straps + blanket. Additional props are available for use.

Looking for a low-impact, strengthening, and fun workout?
Take a private or group class with Kenny Marks, the owner of Western Pilates. Kenny has 28 years of pilates instruction experience and is a PMA Certified Instructor.
Pilates is a valuable tool for building core strength, spine mobility & joint stability. A regular pilates practice emphasizes healthy movement patterns and can provide an important bridge between injury rehabilitation and resumption of a normal, active lifestyle.
Classes are flexible and made to fit YOUR schedule! Availability Monday - Fridays 6-10 am.
